Ingredients

What you need

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) strained berry juice
  • 1/4 cup (85 g) honey
  • 3 tablespoons unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • A small pinch of fine table salt

Method

Make it

  1. Lightly oil a silicone mold or line a small container with parchment.
  2. Pour the juice into a small saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin evenly over it. Rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Warm over low heat, stirring until smooth. Do not boil.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in the honey, lemon juice, and salt, then pour into the mold.
  5. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Unmold or cut into equal pieces.

Pack and keep

Storage

Keep refrigerated in a sealed container and use within 4 days. These are not shelf-stable.

On the move

Carry only for a short training session in cool conditions, ideally in a small insulated pouch. Discard gummies that become warm for an extended period.
